This process is just the reverse of approval purchase.

In this interface having a facility to Sale the Item for Approval like you accept 05 Items from your Sale party on a particular date that date will called accepting date,suppose you purchase 02 items out of 05 then the date on which you finaly approve of sale is called approval date and rest of the items that you are returning on date is called returning date with description

along with Item details.
